The vacancy rate decreased 2.5 pp with respect to 1H 2024, as a result of the moderate increase in demand and pre-leasing contracts that occupied all of the class A production that entered during this period.

The logistics market has expanded to other cities in the country in response to growing needs and opportunities in key regions such as Arequipa, Chiclayo, and Piura. This geographic diversification will drive the development of more than 45,000 m2 of logistics space by 2025, promoting logistics infrastructure nationwide.
