The vacancy rate increased by 1 pp compared to 2S 2023, as a result of the optimization of spaces that generated vacancy, and of the new deliverables that entered with 57% available.

Demand was concentrated in class A spaces, in line with the flight-to-quality trend that boosted the occupation of the logistics, retail, industry and mass consumption sectors, mainly in the Lurín and Villa El Salvador submarkets; which concentrated 84% of demand. The vacancy was concentrated in the Lurín submarket; mainly in class B warehouses, which have not yet recovered from the unemployment of 1S 2023; product of the centralization of operations of large companies in the retail and mass consumption sector.
